Is BIOEFFECT EGF SERUM- This is by far the best product I have used in a long time and it will definitely be a staple in my bathroom full of tricks. It’s certainly not the cheapest product I have, but if you’re going to splurge and treat yourself this is well worth the money for the results you get.

And it’s the Mama!!!! If he wasn’t sleeping he was screaming, apparently he had other things he wanted to do besides be in his carseat…hhmmm…. can’t win em all! He’s lucky I love that cute little face sooooo much!
Jethro and I hit the road… We drove across Florida to the Gulf coast and to my Aunts gorgeous little beach house where so many childhood memories where made. Every time I cross this bridge to get to the island my soul does backflips.
My bridge crossing ritual is… windows go down, head goes out the window and a deep breath of salty air is in-haled… yes, that feels good.

This is more like it… After a whirlwind of traveling, Halloween parties and my Dads 60th birthday my body said DONE and I unfortunately spent a couple days in bed with the Flu. Thankfully I am feeling much better now and will be posting pics of Halloween soon!
